CHAIRMAN
Tan Sri Ir (Dr) Mohamed Al Amin Abdul Majid

Tan Sri Ir (Dr) Mohamed Al Amin Abdul Majid is a Corporate Member of the Institute of Engineering (IEM), Malaysia, and a Professional Engineer (PE). He has served Perak State Development Corporation (PSDC) as a Project Engineer in 1979 and was later appointed as Executive Director of Maju Bangun Pte. Ltd, a subsidiary of PSDC. In 1989, he was also became a Justice of Peace (JP).

He is also qualified with a Diploma in Technology from Oxford CFE and also holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Aston University. In 2009 he had an Honorary DSc conferred on him by Aston University.

Subsequently, he started his own business involving a wide range of fields including construction, investment, distributorship, general trading and project management. He was the Chairman of Asean Chemical Industries Council from 1999-2001 and was elected Co-Chair of the APEC Chemical Dialogue from 2000-2010.  

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Boumhidi Abdelali

Adel is a Malaysian businessman by profession. He started his business in 2004 by investing in Jayawit Sdn. Bhd., an oil palm plantation company before venturing into mining in 2007 through his company, Tamara Mining Sdn. Bhd., a developer and manager of several iron ore mining concessions in Malaysia and Morroco.

In 2015, Adel founded RE Gebeng Sdn Bhd (“RGSB”) and was instrumental in the successful implementation of the RGSB plant. RGSB was one of the first few companies under Malaysia’s second LSS scheme to achieve financial close and commercial operation.

DIRECTOR
YAM Tengku Zaiton Ibni Sultan Abu Bakar

Tengku Zaiton, holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from Institute Technology Mara in 1986. She has extensive exposure in the natural resources sector such as plantation and minings. She ventured into plantation business in 2004 through Jayawit Sdn Bhd, an oil palm plantation company before venturing into mining in 2007 through Tamara Mining Sdn Bhd, a developer and manager of several iron ore mining concessions in Malaysia and Morocco.

She co-founded RE Gebeng Sdn Bhd (“RGSB”), a solar PV developer company in 2015 and was instrumental in the successful implementation of the RGSB plant in Pahang, Malaysia.

DIRECTOR
Lim Beng Guan

Beng Guan holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Malaya in 1994.

His previous professional experience includes corporate finance at a local merchant bank and General Manager of Corporate Affairs of a public listed company. He was a substantial shareholder and an Executive Director of Nadayu Properties Berhad from 2007 to 2014, a property development company which was delisted from Bursa Securities in 2014. His previous directorship includes ATIS Corporation Berhad from 2009 to 2012, a company which was delisted from Bursa Securities in 2012.

DIRECTOR
Khong Ho Ming

Ho Ming is a Chartered Accountant where he is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) since 1996.  He is also  a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.

He began his career in auditing with PricewaterhouseCoopers before he moved to RHB Investment Bank Berhad after 4 years, where he specialised in debt capital markets transactions. Ho Ming then joined a boutique financial advisory firm where he has been with for more than 10 years before joining reNIKOLA. 

Ho Ming is also the Chief Operating Officer of reNIKOLA.  He oversees business operations and corporate functions of the group as well as to implement business development strategies.

DIRECTOR
Cherdchai Yiwlek

Cherdchai holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) (Mechanical Engineering) from the Prince of Songkla University, Thailand.

He began his career as an Engineer in Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand and subsequently joined Thai Olefins Co, Ltd in the utilities equipment section. Cherdchai joined Amata B.Grimm Power in 1999 and subsequently became the Managing Director of Amata City Chonburi Power Plant, B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited.

In 2017, Cherdchai was appointed as the Executive Vice President - Operation Management I and Construction with B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited, Thailand.

DIRECTOR
Pattra Pukumpol

Pattra holds an MSc in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), Thailand.

She currently serves as Head of the Engineering Shared Service Center, Project Development & Construction, Business Center at B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited, where she leads key engineering functions including technical due diligence, engineering design, and construction management and coordination.

Prior to joining B.Grimm Power, Pattra served as Deputy Managing Director at JERA (Thailand) and previously held the position of Mechanical Engineering Lead at the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT). 

DIRECTOR
Sakorn Suriyabhivadh

Sakorn holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Information Systems with First Class Honors from Chulalongkorn University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (Thailand).

He is currently the Head of Finance and Investment Management at B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited, leading fundraising, treasury and investor relations activities. Prior to joining B.Grimm Power, he held senior positions at Padaeng Industry Public Company Limited and KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited, with extensive experience in investment banking, corporate finance, project finance and business development.
