CHAIRMAN
Tan Sri Ir (Dr) Mohamed Al Amin Abdul Majid

Tan Sri Ir (Dr) Mohamed Al Amin Abdul Majid is a Corporate Member of the Institute of Engineering (IEM), Malaysia, and a Professional Engineer (PE). He has served Perak State Development Corporation (PSDC) as a Project Engineer in 1979 and was later appointed as Executive Director of Maju Bangun Pte. Ltd, a subsidiary of PSDC. In 1989, he was also became a Justice of Peace (JP).

He is also qualified with a Diploma in Technology from Oxford CFE and also holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Aston University. In 2009 he had an Honorary DSc conferred on him by Aston University.

Subsequently, he started his own business involving a wide range of fields including construction, investment, distributorship, general trading and project management. He was the Chairman of Asean Chemical Industries Council from 1999-2001 and was elected Co-Chair of the APEC Chemical Dialogue from 2000-2010.  

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Boumhidi Abdelali

Adel is a Malaysian businessman by profession. He started his business in 2004 by investing in Jayawit Sdn. Bhd., an oil palm plantation company before venturing into mining in 2007 through his company, Tamara Mining Sdn. Bhd., a developer and manager of several iron ore mining concessions in Malaysia and Morroco.

In 2015, Adel founded RE Gebeng Sdn Bhd (“RGSB”) and was instrumental in the successful implementation of the RGSB plant. RGSB was one of the first few companies under Malaysia’s second LSS scheme to achieve financial close and commercial operation.

DIRECTOR
YAM Tengku Zaiton Ibni Sultan Abu Bakar

Tengku Zaiton, holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from Institute Technology Mara in 1986. She has extensive exposure in the natural resources sector such as plantation and minings. She ventured into plantation business in 2004 through Jayawit Sdn Bhd, an oil palm plantation company before venturing into mining in 2007 through Tamara Mining Sdn Bhd, a developer and manager of several iron ore mining concessions in Malaysia and Morocco.

She co-founded RE Gebeng Sdn Bhd (“RGSB”), a solar PV developer company in 2015 and was instrumental in the successful implementation of the RGSB plant in Pahang, Malaysia.

DIRECTOR
Lim Beng Guan

Beng Guan holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Malaya in 1994.

His previous professional experience includes corporate finance at a local merchant bank and General Manager of Corporate Affairs of a public listed company. He was a substantial shareholder and an Executive Director of Nadayu Properties Berhad from 2007 to 2014, a property development company which was delisted from Bursa Securities in 2014. His previous directorship includes ATIS Corporation Berhad from 2009 to 2012, a company which was delisted from Bursa Securities in 2012.

DIRECTOR
Khong Ho Ming

Ho Ming is a Chartered Accountant where he is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) since 1996.  He is also  a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.

He began his career in auditing with PricewaterhouseCoopers before he moved to RHB Investment Bank Berhad after 4 years, where he specialised in debt capital markets transactions. Ho Ming then joined a boutique financial advisory firm where he has been with for more than 10 years before joining reNIKOLA. 

Ho Ming is also the Chief Operating Officer of reNIKOLA.  He oversees business operations and corporate functions of the group as well as to implement business development strategies.

DIRECTOR
Nopadej Karnasuta

Nopadej Karnasuta holds a Bachelor of Arts of Economics from University of Maryland at College Park, USA, and a Master of Arts of Economics from University of Texas at Arlington, U.S.A.

He is currently the Senior Executive Vice President – Investment, Innovation and Sustainability at B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited. Prior to joining B.Grimm Power, Mr. Nopadej was a First Senior Vice President of the Multi-Corporate Business Department at Kasikorn Bank. He was responsible for financial solutions and providing banking services to large conglomerates in the Power and Utility sectors including renewable energy, as well as to government and state enterprises in transportation and contractors. His experience covers various financial areas including corporate financing, project financing and treasury management.

Prior to joining Kasikorn Bank, Mr. Nopadej was in business development with the Bank of Thailand and the Industrial Finance Corporation of Thailand (IFCT). Subsequently, he joined the Electricity Generating PCL (EGCO) as a treasury management and project finance associate, accountable mainly for strategies on both debt and equity investment and fund raising for EGCO and its subsidiaries and affiliates 

DIRECTOR
Cherdchai Yiwlek 

Cherdchai holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) (Mechanical Engineering) from the Prince of Songkla University, Thailand.

He began his career as an Engineer in Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand and subsequently joined Thai Olefins Co, Ltd in the utilities equipment section. Cherdchai joined Amata B.Grimm Power in 1999 and subsequently became the Managing Director of Amata City Chonburi Power Plant, B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited.

In 2017, Cherdchai was appointed as the Executive Vice President - Operation Management I and Construction with B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited, Thailand.

DIRECTOR
Khawar Ahmad Khan

Khawar graduated with a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Nautical Science from Warsash Maritime institute, Southampton in 2000 and holds a Master of Business Administration from Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario, Canada and completed the completed GIC iX Innovation Execution from Stanford Center for Professional Development.

He began his career as Chief Officer at Sea on Mercantile Marine ships and subsequently moved ashore as Assistant Manager Operations & Intermodal for Compania Sud Americana de Vapores (“CSAV”)-Norasia in Switzerland. In 2003, he took the role of Regional Operations Manager, Asia, for CSAV-Norasia in Hong Kong. He was Vice President, Operations, of Emirate Shipping (Hong Kong) Ltd.

His other previous professional experience includes Chief Operations Officer in Talasco Marine Sdn Bhd, General Manager in Baycorp Ship Management Sdn Bhd and the Chief Operations Officer in Carmine Energy Pte Ltd, Singapore,

In February 2021, he leads the international business development of B.Grimm Power PCL, Thailand particularly for its Malaysian investment as Head of Business Development. In 2023, he was appointed as a Director of B.Grimm Power Malaysia Sdn Bhd
